PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices are in euros, including 20% VAT. We assume no liability for any printing errors. Discounts cannot be deducted from our tight calculations. In the event of late payment, the seller is entitled to contact a lawyer or a debt collection agency. The buyer bears all resulting costs.
COMPLAINTS – DEFECTS – WARRANTY
The customer is obliged to inspect the delivery immediately after delivery or collection. Defects and complaints of any kind must be reported in writing by the customer immediately after receipt of the goods, but no later than 8 days after receipt of the goods. The statutory limitation period applies to all warranty claims, defects and complaints. In all cases, we are only obliged to repair the goods or, if necessary, to provide a replacement delivery.
The prerequisite is that the buyer, purchaser or recipient has made the delivered goods available to us directly beforehand. We shall not be liable beyond this, in particular for indirect damages or delays in delivery.
The seller is not obliged to provide free advance delivery before the defective spare part has been inspected by the respective manufacturer in the event of a warranty claim.
The seller's liability for wages or other costs incurred is expressly excluded. Liability for the consequences of changes and repairs carried out by the customer, purchaser or third parties is excluded. At the same time, any guarantee or warranty claim expires. If repeated unsuccessful repairs are made, the statutory warranty claims come into effect again. Claims for damages of any kind arising from liability based on fault against us or our vicarious agents are excluded if we are not guilty of intent or gross negligence. In all cases in which liability with or without fault cannot be excluded but can be limited, liability is always limited to the damage foreseeable at the time the contract was concluded.
Minor deviations from models, drawings, illustrations and samples that do not lead to any change in the item itself do not constitute defects.
Returns of goods require our prior consent in all cases. If goods are returned without a faulty or defective delivery on our part, 15% of the re-stocking costs will be charged. In the case of replacement parts, we reserve the right to conclude the contract until the old part has been received. The old parts must be sent to us in a clean and complete condition in advance. Any damage or contamination caused by used oil, etc. will be charged to the sender.
If an unusable old part is returned after inspection by the manufacturer, the value of the old part will be invoiced immediately.
Replaced items become our property upon delivery of replacements. The customer must prove that a defect existed at the time of delivery.
COMPENSATION AND PRODUCT LIABILITY
It is expressly agreed that we are not obliged to pay compensation to the client for personal injuries, for damage to goods that are not the subject of the contract, for other damages and for loss of profit, unless we are guilty of gross negligence or intent in the individual case. All claims for damages must - if the defect is not expressly acknowledged by us - be asserted in court within the statutory warranty period, otherwise the claims expire.
DELIVERY COSTS
All deliveries are made by DPD or Post AG, ex warehouse, to all countries in and outside of Europe. We only invoice our cost costs.

SHIPPING TERMS
If possible, we deliver immediately from stock. We strive to keep agreed appointments. Claims for damages due to non-compliance, incorrect delivery or non-delivery cannot be asserted under any circumstances. If not all parts are in stock, we reserve the right to make partial deliveries. We choose the cheapest shipping method. The goods travel at the risk of the recipient. If possible, we do not charge any packaging costs. Please report any missing boxes or damage to the shipping service immediately, otherwise there will be no claim for compensation.
RETURN
In principle, a right of return only exists if items are returned within 8 days of the invoice date in accordance with the following conditions: The items must be returned undamaged, functional, complete, in perfect original packaging and at the purchaser's expense. We reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee. Returned goods that we receive without written or verbal agreement will be sent back freight forwarded. Excluded from the right of return are books and items that were manufactured or delivered at the customer's specific request, e.g. sold by the meter, special orders and special offers.
RETENTION OF TITLE
The goods remain the property of the seller until all liabilities have been fulfilled in full.
IMITATION
Any imitation of the sales, delivery and payment conditions, even in extracts, is prohibited.
